Elecyl Cabalquinto is a student taking up a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). She is a natural storyteller, and very interested in creative pieces - story books, novels, films, and documentaries. She dreams to spend her life doing what interests her.

She has been a campus journalist at Caybiga High School, and won several titles regarding it. She became the Patnugot ng Lathalain for their school paper, Ang Caybigan. She wrote scripts for theater plays and films for school purposes.

Now, she is part of the PLM's official student publication, Ang Pamantasan, as the Circulation Manager for A.Y. 2022-2023.
